Leading a National Effort to Reduce Maternal Mortality
At Stanford's Program on Research in Implementation Science and Health Care Models (PRIHSM), I am proud to manage a flagship initiative dedicated to tackling the maternal mortality crisis across the country. We are developing and implementing innovative, community-based models of care to ensure safer pregnancies and childbirth for all.
Learn More at PRIHSMMy Mission
My work in public health is animated by a single, core belief: that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy and dignified life. I have dedicated my career to turning this principle into reality by uniting research, community engagement, and strategic program management.
I build solutions that uplift community voices and dismantle systemic barriers to well-being. A key example is my work at the Massachusetts Association of Community Health Workers (MACHW), where I secured a $1.39 million state grant to create a new behavioral health pipeline—a program that empowers community health workers with lived experience to lead and serve.
This commitment now drives my work as a Program Manager at Stanford's PRIHSM, where I lead national efforts to end the maternal mortality crisis. For me, this is more than a profession—it's a lifelong mission to foster hope, build resilient communities, and forge a healthier, more just world.
